What is Premium Flat Pack?

 

This is an enhanced packing option available for all of our unframed prints and already framed art.

​

Our unframed flat packing process involves wrapping your print in an acid free tissue and craft paper combination or a waterproof glassine paper. The next step in our packing process is to encase your print within the triple walled flat pack, which involves carefully lining up and attaching each corner with acid free tape to ensure no movement occurs during transit. Finally, the other side of the triple walled flat pack is placed over your print and securely sealed. 

Your print is insured with the courier, in addition to being provided with a tracking reference so that you can keep track of your print through the delivery process, to give that added peace of mind.

Average despatch and shipping times

​

We aim to despatch unframed prints within 3-4 days but this is not always possible and can vary dependant on the print, artist and suppliers.

Custom framed items take approx. 14 days – please note this can vary and is also dependant on the print, artist and suppliers. These are delivered by either our own driver or a specialist courier service and they will call you to arrange delivery.

We will also keep you up to date via email on the progress of your order. If you have an account you can also login and track the progress of your order.

• EU Air Mail approximately 5 - 10 days

• Worldwide Air Mail approximately 10 - 14 days
